Discovery Call
We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your business, current systems, and pain points. We'll walk through your goals, service needs, and answer any questions.
Onboarding & Setup
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll set up secure file-sharing, request the necessary access (QuickBooks, bank statements, receipts, contractor files, etc.), and outline your tailored service plan. If you don't have a QuickBooks account yet, we'll handle the setup for you.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Each month, we reconcile your accounts, categorize your transactions, track invoices, and deliver clean, timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and more) — along with insights you can actually use.
